When making a sofa frame, use a CNC cutting machine to cut wooden boards or wooden blocks (eucalyptus) into components such as armrests, backrests, and bases according to the drawing dimensions.
Use a pneumatic nail gun to assemble various wooden components of the sofa, such as armrests, backrests, and bases. Key load-bearing areas (such as sofa legs and seat frame connections) need to be reinforced with triangular wooden blocks or metal corner brackets to prevent loosening.
The workers in the base area use a coding machine to print codes on wooden blocks and install snake shaped springs. Attach elastic bandages to the sofa base or backrest to provide support. Fix two positioning lines at the location where the snake shaped spring is installed to enhance its firmness, and finally, use non-woven fabric to lay the surface.
After the workers in the cotton pasting area have opened the cotton, they paste it onto the sofa frame or base material with environmentally friendly glue, using sponges of different thicknesses and densities.
Cut a large piece of fabric and send it to the sewing area. Sew the cut fabric into seat cushion covers, backrest covers, armrest covers, etc. Ensure that the seams are firm, the stitching is uniform, and avoid detachment or cracking.
Fill the armrest bag and backrest bag with materials such as plush cotton and down.
Accurately wrap the cut and sewn fabrics (genuine leather, fabric) and use gun nails to fix the fabric cover on the surface of the sofa.
Packaging is the last process before the product leaves the factory. We have professional quality inspection personnel to inspect the sofa for any problems. If there are no issues, the packaging area workers will blow the sofa clean with an air gun before packaging.
